Mother’s Day Brunch
Our YBA was excited to host the Mother’s Day Brunch for the first time since a long hiatus from the pandemic on May 12.
Big thank you to Emi Hirabayshi and Kylie Uyekubo for organizing the whole brunch, Kendall Inouye for planning the corsage making, and Yamani Huang and Kurumi Mukojima for setting up the decorations. We hope that everyone who joined us for the brunch enjoyed it.
2024-2025 YBA Cabinet
Elections for our 2024-2025 cabinet took place at our May meeting. Congratulations to the incoming cabinet:
Chicken Teriyaki Fundraiser
Our YBA is helping at the Chicken Teriyaki Temple Fundraiser on Sunday, June 2. We will help pack the chicken into bento boxes before service.
YBA Camping Trip
Our YBA will be going on our annual camping trip again this summer from June 21-23. The trip will consist of welcoming the incoming freshman, saying goodbye to the seniors, going to the beach, and participating in The Iron Chef Cooking Challenge. The trip is a great way to bond with the members, so everyone is very excited for it.
