Welcome back everyone! We hope you have been staying well during this pandemic and will join us as we reopen incrementally. The goal is to slowly add activities and have activities again from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
It has been over two years since we had to discontinue our Senior Program. We can only hope it will continue to be a popular Senior Activities and Craft as before, hopefully to add more activities, as we reopen.
Reopening Plans
For now, we plan to reopen on September 15 with the Taiko class joining us, both in person and on Zoom. Any Senior Activities and Craft session at the Temple will require that attendees are vaccinated and fill out an Attestation Form before entering. This is for our safety.
Thursday Taiko
Taiko is the only program we have continued in our Senior program every Thursday from 10:00 am to 10:45 am. We are grateful to our instructors, Susan Yuen, Linda Uyechi and Trish Kume, for their patience, in giving our Taiko lesson via Zoom.
Please join in and practice with us for it is never too late to enjoy and learn Taiko. We are looking for interested Taiko members. The resumption of Taiko class on September 15 is a great time to join. For more information, call Reiko Tsuchida.
Cookbook Sale
The Senior Cook Book is still available. Contact the Temple Office. Price is $15.
