Seniors Activities & Crafts Program News – October 2022

Welcome back everyone!  We hope you have been staying well during this pandemic.  Please join us as we reopen September 29, 9:00 am to 12:00 noon, every Thursday.  We will all meet in the YBA Hall for a social and mingle, our first gathering with light refreshments.  We ask everyone to sign in, include your phone number and wear a mask.  We are hopeful to move back into the Sangha Hall, as soon as possible.

It has been over two years since we had to discontinue our Senior Program.  We can only hope it will continue to be a popular Senior Activities and Craft as before, hopefully to add more activities, as we open.  Can use suggestions.

Thursday Taiko

Taiko class resumed on September 15, both in person and Zoom.

Taiko is the only program we have continued in our Senior program every Thursday from 10:00 am to 10:45 am.  We are grateful to our instructors, Susan Yuen, Linda Uyechi and Trish Kume, for their patience, in giving Taiko lessons.

Please join in and practice with us for it is never too late to enjoy and learn Taiko.  We are looking for interested Taiko members and now is a great time to join since a new just started.  For more information, call Reiko Tsuchida.
