This month in Miroku, we started by discussing old business, including the success of our Bake Sale and Button Sale in December, Keirokai, and Mochitsuki.
Miroku Activities
T-Shirts. We looked at design ideas for this years’ Miroku T-shirts (thanks to Mrs. Christine Hirabayashi for designing it!) and brainstormed color ideas for our T-shirts (or hats).
Other Activities. We also came up with ideas for future activities including a service project, activity with another Temple group, and a possible field trip.
Buttons & Cards. We made more buttons and cards that Mrs. Debby Inenaga will personally bring to Maui.
AED Check: Finally, we went around Temple grounds to complete the AED checks.
Next Meeting
Our next Miroku meeting will be held Sunday, February 4, after Dharma School (approximately 12 pm) in the YBA Conference Room.
