December was a busy month for Miroku!
December Meeting
On December 1, Miroku members chaired the annual Bodhi Day service. After the service, we had our monthly meeting where we voted on organizations for our service project, discussed upcoming events, checked the AEDs and enjoyed some snacks.
Holiday Party
On December 6, we had a fun holiday party with members and our families in the YBA Hall. We celebrated with delicious food, pinatas, as well as a festive white elephant gift exchange.
Mochitsuki
And finally on December 8, Miroku members participated in the Temple’s annual Mochitsuki fundraiser.
January Meeting
We look forward to welcoming the new year at our next Miroku meeting on Sunday, January 5, at noon in the YBA Conference Room.
