The Mountain View Buddhist Temple held its Hatsumairi Service combined with our Hanamatsuri Service on April 12. One child was presented in front of the onaijin to the Amida Buddha.
The child’s family, witnessed by many Sangha members, brought their young child before the image of the Buddha to celebrate their new life as Buddha’s children.
