ANNOUNCEMENTS
Congratulations Graduates
In our Dharma School high school class, every year ends with grilled cheese sandwiches, tomato bisque, cake, and parting messages to our seniors. Although we are not able to celebrate their achievements with them this year, I will leave them with the following message.
To our graduating seniors:
This year, you have seen how quickly our world can change – in ways both good and bad – with impacts that will shape your experiences and worldview for the next four years and beyond. I hope you will continue to see and hear the Nembutsu in your daily lives and extend it to make the world a more just and humane place, if only for a single person. Actively listen to others with different perspectives with an open heart, and approach new experiences and ideas with an open mind. Make the most of the opportunities you have been given. With that, I bid all of you a fond “a hui hou” and heartfelt congratulations!
