Girl Scout Troup #60736 Luncheon for BWA
On Sunday, March 9, twelve of our BWA members were special guests of honors at a luncheon hosted by our Girl Scout Troup #60736. The Girl Scouts (Kurumi, Keiko, Kelly, Hayden and Ava) with support from their Girl Scout Leaders (Joan,
Patty, Debbie, Jill and Mari) planned and prepared a lovely event.
The Girl Scouts served a delicious lunch of somen noodles, chicken cabbage salad, fruit cup, butter mochi and tea. All attendees received a fancy hashi in a decorative folded holder and an origami box filled with chocolate kisses.
Our BWA ladies enjoyed conversing with the Girl Scouts during lunch. In addition, three lucky attendees with a special dot underneath their origami box received a bottle of soap. Domo arigato gozaimasu to all the Girl Scouts and their Leaders for treating our BWA to such a wonderful event and for making us feel so special.
