Chicken Teriyaki Fundraiser
Our BWA members and BWA friends enjoyed making tsukemono for the Chicken Teriyaki Fundraiser. Thank you to everyone who came out to help and thank you to Zone 10 for a successful fundraiser.
Obon Tsukemono
For Obon, our BWA ladies will be making our delicious tsukemono. Everyone is welcome to join us.
- Thursday, July 18: Making tsukemono – 8 am to 2 pm
- Friday, July 19: Packing tsukemono – 9 am to noon
47th BCA FBWA CONFERENCE
Please join us at the 47th BCA FBWA Conference on October 4 – 6, 2024, at the San Jose DoubleTree. BWA and non-BWA members are welcome to attend.
Full registration includes:
- Two keynote speakers:
* Former Hawaii Congresswoman Colleen Hanabusa and
* Reverend Yukiko Moyotoshi
- Fun and meaningful workshops and
- The Saturday night banquet.
You can also attend just the Saturday night banquet. Specially arranged by Bishop Marvin Harada, the highlight of the banquet

If you would like to register using the paper form, please submit your forms and payment to the MVBT Temple Office addressed to FBWA Conference Registration Committee.
We request that MVBT registrations and payments be submitted by July 14 for us to process.
