BWA Obon Test Kitchen
These past few months, a sub-group of BWA members (Lorrie Kitasoe, Amy Arakaki, Sandy Furuichi, Marilyn Ozawa, Teri Hirota and Shirley Matsumoto) tested several chi chi dango recipes in the Sangha Hall kitchen. After many batches of fine tuning the process, we picked the winning recipe and our BWA will plan to make chi chi dango for Obon.
