Past Activities
After our monthly meeting on July 11, Scott Hirotsu graciously offered to sharpen knives for those ABA members that brought their knives.
For the MVBT Obon Festival & Bazaar on July 19-20, ABA sold Chicken Teriyaki and Spam Musubi with success led by the organized leadership from Steve Tsuchida.
Upcoming Activities
On Friday, August 22, ABA will be attending the San Jose Giants game and fireworks show.
Also, some ABA members will be helping with the Sasaki Golf Tournament and Dinner on Saturday, August 23.
BCA Bishops’ and ABA
Memorial Service
Looking ahead, please Save The Date of October 12, for the BCA Bishops’ and ABA Memorial Service. The guest speaker will be Sensei Koichi Mizushima. He is a Minister’s Assistant at the Buddhist Church of Sacramento and the Youth Program Coordinator at the BCA Center for Buddhist Education.
