San Jose Giants Baseball Game
On Friday, August 19, ABA enjoyed a San Jose Giants baseball game at Excite Ballpark. During the baseball game, ABA’s 10th Annual San Jose Giants Event was acknowledged on the video board in center field.
We had an outstanding turnout of 45 adults and 12 children, which included not only ABA members, but also a few YABA members, other Temple members, families and friends.
The kids had fun playing several games available and retrieving hundreds of tennis balls on the field after the fundraising “Tennis Ball Toss.”
Unfortunately, the SJ Giants lost; but as always, we all enjoyed a great BBQ dinner, fireworks, long-overdue socializing, and the perks of seeing the “Beer Batter” strike out twice!
We look forward to doing this again next year and invite anyone to join us.
